Excellent hotel located in a lovely area just off Sarande centre, the beach side with a wonderful sea view, and the coast. Really kind staff, sensational breakfast with a wide range of food. Stunning and great location and perfect views of the sea. Plus, 5 minutes drive from St Doulagh's Church.

Didn't like the fact that I had to leave and couldn't stay longer!

During my recent stay at Santa Quaranta, I was impressed by the gorgeous views and excellent facilities. The resort is right by the ocean, providing easy access to the beach and sun beds for everyone. The hotel also offers ample free parking, which was very convenient. I especially loved the large swimming pool and the deck with sunbathing chairs and umbrellas. The location of the resort is perfect, as it is just minutes away from the downtown promenade.

One downside I encountered during my stay was the lack of an elevator down the four flights of stairs from reception to the beach area. This made it a bit challenging when carrying luggage or for guests with mobility issues.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel located right by the ocean. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast spread had a multitude of options, and the staff were always ready to help. Additionally, the hotel staff provided transportation and parking services, making it convenient to explore this beautiful city.

The decoration in the hotel's general areas was absolutely beautiful, with elegant furnishings and a cozy ambience. I particularly loved the cozy sitting areas where I could relax and enjoy a cup of tea while admiring the stunning views of the waterfront. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like myself, with ramps and elevators making it easy to navigate around the premises.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and respectful towards the needs of older guests.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a tour of the facilities. the view from the balcony of my room was breathtaking and the room itself was beautifully decorated with luxurious amenities. the swimming pool was perfect for a morning swim and the beach access made it easy to enjoy the clear waters. the sun terrace and garden areas were great places to relax, and the special diet menus at the restaurant ensured that my dietary needs were met.

That the room service was a bit slow at times, but the staff made up for it with their excellent service and willingness to help at all times.
